It's hard to believe that a year ago this week I was sitting in the Olympic stadium in Beijing, China where I witnessed a world record in the women's 3,000 meter steeple chase, and an Olympic record in the men's 10K!
Some days it seems like it was a long time ago and other days it seems like it was yesterday!
