We decided to stretch the holiday across both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Last night we had the big feast including: Million Dollar Salad, Mussels, Roast Rack of Lamb, and Potato Balls.
This morning we opened presents, while sipping on Mimosa's!
Tomorrow morning we'll be leaving in the wee hours to go to a wedding in Minnesarctica!

Oh and awhile back there was mention of root beer ribs and orange marmalade ribs, and I was to request the recipe if they sounded intruiging. I spent a lot of time trying to pick only one to request so as not to be a bother, but they BOTH sound SO good! So if you ever feel like posting either of them, I would appreciate it!
I had no idea that potatoes had ... well, you know.

Jacki - We'll do! Picked up some good ols style Dad's Rootbeer while up in Minnesarctica this past weekend, so I'm sure there's a batch of ribs in the near future.

lol is that good news for you too or just for me coming, i hope you can understand what i mean by that. well i just found out that i have to move rooms so i am doing that tonight. i cant wait to see you guys and i hope that one of you atleast will be able to come with me when i get my tattoo. also i hope we can do that again i wrote mom about our seafood here and it tastes like rubber sole from a shoe lol. well i have to get back to work so i love you guys and will see you soon.
SPC Dude - I think we'll just have to go to Jungle Jim's and see what they have available and figure a menu around that! It looks like I'll be leaving about a week after you do. It all depends on how quickly the ink can dry on the paperwork. ;-)
